Iain G. Douglas, Managing Director and Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Endeavour SEAM, Iain was EVP, Chief Sales Officer and Western Region Manager for CIT’s Commercial & Industrial Group, overseeing business development and risk management efforts in the Western and Southwestern United States for leveraged, distressed and special situations senior debt. In addition, Iain managed CIT’s industry vertical focused on Food, Beverage and Agribusiness on a national basis. Prior to CIT, Iain was with GE Commercial Finance in various leadership capacities including Capital Markets and Risk Management positions. Previously, Iain also held business development and risk positions with First Interstate Ltd., Security Pacific National Bank and Philadelphia National Bank. Iain earned a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at University of California Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University. Iain resides in Los Angeles with his wife.
Brian M. Hayden, Director
Prior to joining Endeavour SEAM, Brian was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in their Los Angeles office where he focused on leveraged finance transactions. Brian previously worked as a Summer Associate at Lehman Brothers and as a Financial Analyst at GE Commercial Finance. Brian earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Oregon. Brian resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife, son, and daughter.
Mark Nowak, Managing Director
Prior to joining Endeavour SEAM, Mark was a Relationship Manager at Comerica Bank in Southern California where he originated, underwrote, and managed senior debt lending and banking opportunities for middle market companies. Prior to joining Comerica Bank, Mark held Senior Vice President positions with GE Capital and Monroe Capital, and was responsible for originating leveraged cash flow and mezzanine debt transactions in the western United States. Mark also held Vice President and Associate positions with Union Bank and Arthur Andersen where he was involved with originating, underwriting, and managing mezzanine and private equity investments.
Steven R. Wilkins, Managing Director and Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Endeavour SEAM, Steve was Senior Vice President and Team Leader for GE Commercial Finance in the West Region and was responsible for the startup and development of GE’s corporate finance business in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain states focusing primarily on leveraged and structured finance debt solutions. Prior to joining GE in 1997, Wilkins held Senior Relationship Manager positions at both Bank of America and US Bank where he was involved in origination, underwriting and portfolio management. Wilkins, who earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Management from the University of Oregon, currently resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife and two sons.
